I’m Justine Oros, a top 1% local Realtor serving Elko and Spring Creek, Nevada. I believe selling a home requires strategy, creativity, hard work, and a willingness to do what others may not. From preparing your home for the market and helping with staging and curb appeal to creating compelling marketing, professional content, and a customized plan for your property, I’m involved every step of the way.

No two homes, sellers, or situations are alike, so I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I identify what makes your property stand out, determine how to reach the right buyers, and position your home to capture attention from the moment it hits the market.

Sometimes that means rolling up my sleeves before the photographer arrives. Sometimes it means thinking outside the box for a listing video. And sometimes it means having honest conversations about pricing, presentation, or what needs to change to get your home sold. My job isn’t simply to tell you what you want to hear—it’s to protect your best interests and guide you successfully to the closing table.
